President Trump late Thursday signed into law new sanctions targeting Hezbollah.

The law requires the U.S. to impose sanctions on foreigners, foreign companies and foreign government agencies found supporting Hezbollah or a number of entities related to the Lebanese militia and political group, including its financial agency, its foreign-relations department and its media arm. It also mandates sanctions on affiliated networks involved in transnational crime activity.
